You can try to prevent the dreaded hangover by drinking water. Alcohol is a diuretic so you are losing more water than you are taking in which can lead to dehydration. Tip to avoid feeling horrible is to have a glass of water before you start your evening and then have a glass in between every alcoholic drink you partake in. End your night with a big glass of water and you’ll be happy you did.

Hopefully, you have never experienced a kidney stone. Trust me if you have, you will want to do whatever in your power to never suffer another one again. How you can avoid kidney stones is by drinking water. A higher fluid intake increases the volume of urine passing through your kidneys, which dilutes the concentration of minerals so they are less likely to crystallize, forming clumps, and give you kidney stones.

CONSTIPATION

Despite, for a lot of people, exercise and a good diet can still lead to constipation. If your water consumption is low that can put you at a higher risk for constipation in the young and old alike. If an intake of normal tap or filtered water is not helping your constipation, try drinking some mineral water.
